Bike, Run or Walk

BIKE

Bike a total of 150 miles  over the course of the month. Whether you choose a road or mountain bike (or even a Peloton), every mile counts.

RUN

Commit to running 150 miles over the course of the month. Invite others to your team to help reach your goal.

On a Walk

WALK

Get outside and walk the total mileage over the course of the month.

150 miles for150 children - however you get there, that part is up to you! Whether you choose to bike, run or walk you are invited to sign up as an individual or create / join a team to collectively give back. At the end of the day, every mile and every dollar goes a long way in supporting the 150 children at Hope For Life Kenya.

WHAT: 150 miles over the course of a month. Knock it out by bike in one weekend or pace yourself with a few miles every day throughout the month. 

 

WHOAll are welcome, either as individuals or teams. $150 participant fee per individual (max 5 members per team). Take your pick between going the distance on your own or split up the mileage across your group.

WHEN: June 2024 

 

Proceeds benefit every child at Hope For Life Kenya. Want to go the extra mile? Share your campaign with your community and invite them to donate to the cause.

Go the distance by pedal or foot. 

Commit to a weekend excursion or spread out the mileage across the month. Whichever route you choose, take heart that every stride is making an impact.

CREATE
A TEAM

Set up a team and invite friends, family or co-workers to join the 150 mile challenge. Collectively bike, run or walk the distance by the end of the month and celebrate giving back together.

Spread the word and invite others to participate in the challenge (or to join your team)

3. TRACK

Starting June 1st, submit your mileage (via fitbit, garmin, etc.) and upload a photo of your efforts

4. CELEBRATE

Every mile makes a difference. . No matter what route you chose, the money you raised will directly feed and educate the children at Hope For Life.
