Thank you for joining the Hope For Life 150 fundraiser campaign!
Seven days a week, Hope For Life Kenya provides vulnerable children with a hot and healthy lunch (for some the only meal they eat). Thank you for supporting the 150 kids and helping us get one step closer to our goal. As we get closer to the June 15th event (virtual), we will share more details about how to participate and share your walk/run.

In the meantime, here’s a few extra steps you can take to help spread the word!

Example post:
I'm going the extra mile! Join me in giving back to Hope For Life Kenya on June 15th as a part of the Hope For Life 150 virtual fundraiser. Walk or run, every entry makes a big difference in helping us reach our goal of providing food for all of the kids for 5 months. Sign up here: https://t.ly/ZHTH0

Get creative
Make it memorable:
Make the mile walk more interesting by thinking outside the box and adding a twist.

Thought starters:
Dribble a ball
Dance
Walk backwards
Walk carrying someone on your back
Push a wheelbarrow
Carry a goat (or your dog...)
Balance an egg in a spoon the whole way
Balance something on your head
Walk on your hands or carry a heavy kettle ball
Juggle as you walk
Use a Yo-Yo
